It is a real connection to your real warehouse. Free accounts can connect one warehouse, open tables with up to 50 million rows, and use all formula and SQL features. The only limit is the row count per table. No synthetic dataset, no read-only demo mode.

Tables with more than 50 million rows open in a read-only preview mode on Free. You can see the schema and the first rows, but you cannot run formulas or sorts against the full table. Upgrade to Pro and the limit disappears entirely.

No. Row Zero is a query interface, not a data store. When you open a table, we send SQL to your warehouse and return the result rows to your browser. We do not persist a copy of your warehouse data on our infrastructure at any time.

A seat is one user account with active workspace access. You can add or remove seats at any time. Billing adjusts at the start of the next monthly cycle. Users who only receive shared view links and cannot edit do not count as seats.

No. Row Zero does not charge by query, by row processed, or by data volume. You pay the flat seat price. Your warehouse provider may charge you for query compute separately, based on their own pricing, but that is independent of your Row Zero invoice.

Yes. When you register, you start on a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose to stay on Pro (card required at that point) or drop back to Free automatically. Nothing is lost if you stay on Free.
